How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement:

Mention your Order Number and attach photos/video of the damaged product

Submit the request within 7 days of receiving your order
Once reviewed, our team will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable). Only replacements are provided; refunds are not issued, except in special cases determined by BodyNXT.
Processing Time
After approval, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
